Welcome to a ministry of the Empowered Kingdom, namely 1 Kingdom University. The Empowered Kingdom is an unincorporated ministry that rests upon the Holy Scripture and the Sovereign God Almighty as its sole authority. If you wish to participate, a limited private membership is required. This membership is activated the moment you choose to participate by either registering, submitting your information, participating in an interview for the ministry, or signing up for a ministry program through the Empowered Kingdom or one of its sub-ministries such as this one. All content and benefits is intended for registered members only. The scope of membership with its benefits and privileges is limited to the offering included in the membership only. Membership does not offer, imply, or grant any rights, priviledges, benefits, liabilities, or endorse or entertain claims or the right to make claims about any matter outside the scope of the membership. No contract, promise, guarantee, obligation, or liability is implied or accepted in any way by the mere existence of this website or associated online presence, communications, or content. A formal membership application is required to become a member with additional, or exclusive members-only benefits.

If you continue, you will be accepting and agreeing to our ministry's terms and conditions in full. In accordance with the rules of our terms and conditions, all disputes are settled subject to the authority of Scripture and the Kingdom of Heaven, as an internal matter among members only, in private where all external recourse to outside remedy is waived in full regardless of any statute, law, jurisdiction, or theory of law. By joining, engaging with us, or proceeding in anyway, you acept that this is a ministry and as such a matter of religion, and you are therefore agreeing to be subject to the domain and authority of Heaven, Jesus’ Kingdom, God’s Sovereign Covenants, His Word – the Bible, and the ministry's terms and conditions in full. No public contract is offered, entered into, or agreed upon. Nor is any contract entered into, implied or agreement upon with any manmade institution of anykind unless specifically indicated. We operate on the basis of private religious Covenants under heaven's authority, and not on the basis of public contracts unless specifically indicated. Our religious Covenants includes but is not limited to rules of dispute resolution that stand on Jesus’ commands, and the principles and instructions of God’s Word, that are free and independent from all other parties, lessor authorities, and jurisdictions in every way.

Your membership will be limited to only that which you have signed up for, and nothing more. Your membership will automatically lapse, should you opt out, cancel, or complete the program, course, activity, or service that you have signed up for. You may reestablished your limited private membership by opting in or signing up with other ministries of the Empowered Kingdom. All matters and communications within the context of your membership are a private religious matter. This is a condition of membership. If these terms are not acceptable to you in full, you do not have permission to continue to engage the Empowered Kingdom or any of its ministries in any way. We wish you well and much success.

Participation is on a private membership basis only. Membership is automatically granted when making a donation or using an offered service or participating in a sub-ministry. The language of our Terms, Conditions, and Covenants is common English and none other. We reserve and retain the right to define and interpret our own use of words, meaning, and language - especially in the context of Scripture and/or matters of contract or obligation to others. This ministry is created and functions as a religious matter between the participants and God-Almighty, under the domain, jurisdiction, control, and authority of Heaven and God Almighty and none other. Permission is not given or granted for use of our material as a right under the Fair Use Act or any other statute, legal theory, or law. If you want to use our content or material in any way other than specified by this ministry, you may request permission in writing to the Administrator. The right to grant or deny permission is reserved in full.

We do not agree to or accept the imposition of any party or contract or theory outside of our religious Covenants. The mission of the founder and this ministry is a purely religious matter dedicated to the realm of God Almighty and as such is not contracted to, liable to, or obligated to parties not party to this Covenant or relationship. In keeping to Jesus' instruction in Matthew 22:21, we shall, "give to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s." This is part of our Terms and Conditions. As a point of clarity, God's authority comes first, and is highest. Any redefining of God's definition to suit modern theories, personal bias, or secular notions, does not negate God's original and highest Word, instruction, intent, or definition on which we stand.

Participation is solely at own risk. We wish all people goodwill and peace on earth. May we all go about our business with respect for all. May we come and go in peace.
